A self-starter from a large family, Natalie Harbin has been working hard to achieve challenging goals since she was very young. She had her first job at 13 and started supporting herself shortly thereafter. No stranger to hard work, she is ready to roll up her sleeves and fight for the very best for Vineyard. Natalie is an experienced leader with a history of finding strategic solutions to complex problems and is excited to set her focus on improving the city of Vineyard. She is passionate about ensuring that generations to come have a safe, beautiful, and properly developed city to call home.

Natalie believes in bringing incredible new businesses to North Vineyard to boost economic growth and give our community the resources we need. If elected, Natalie plans to focus on the right commercial growth to lighten the infrastructure and development burden on our residents and keep our taxes low.
02. PRESERVING NATURAL SPLENDOR
She cares about preserving the beautiful parks, trees, and lakes in the city. Maintaining a healthy environment for all Vineyard citizens.

Natalie is dedicated to keeping our city as low density as possible by monitoring our zoning and development and improving our quality of life. As a mother, safety is of utmost concern to her, as well as great opportunities and education for all the children in Vineyard.
